  • Technical requirements

    We work with a videoconferencing platform called Zoom. You will need a computer, tablet or smartphone; headphones are recommended.

  • Way of payment

    You can pay by bank transfer, or with Paypal. There is no registration or enrollment fee. Prices are valid for three months from the time of purchase.

  • Course booking procedure

    Write us at info@escuelalaplaya.com with the details: type of course, start date, level and time slot preference (morning or afternoon). We will respond quickly with how to proceed.

  • Beginning of the Course

    • Private Live Online Spanish Course: you can start the classes from the moment is booked, and it last for three months. The frequency of the classes is decided by you with your teacher.

  • Cancellation of the Course

    • The cancellation of the class must be made no later than 24 hours before the class. Otherwise, the class is considered taught.
    • In the scenario of a necessary cancellation of the Private Live Online Spanish Course package, the refund of the amount of classes not received is made without applying the package discount.
